You don’t need to be an artist to benefit.

The goal isn’t to make “good” art. It’s about accessing inner wisdom and truth. It can also be about doing art activities that aid in emotion regulation. It’s also a narrative tool; you can reflect on your history to help you define your values and remember past lessons you’ve learned.

Therapy can be a space where healing becomes possible through expression, reflection, and connection.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply longing for something more real and fulfilling in your life or relationship, you don’t have to do it alone.

Availability

Available for online or phone sessions across Canada. Available for in-person and online sessions in Quebec.

Clients in Ontario can be reimbursed by their insurance providers if psychotherapy is covered. In Quebec, clients can use their benefits/insurance if Naturopathy is covered.
